Pricing details are available in the app. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not handle payments directly.
Cancel anytime through your iPhone settings: Settings → Subscriptions → Padlock. We do not process refunds - all refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
No. Padlock is a self-help tool, not a cure for gambling addiction. Like all apps, it can be bypassed with technical workarounds. If you have a serious gambling problem, please call 1-800-522-4700 for professional help.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Padlock.
In the app, go to the Support tab and tap 'Request to Block'. You can submit a website, app, or both. Updates typically take 24 hours. You can also email the domain to david@diallabs.so. We update our blocklist regularly, but we cannot guarantee all gambling sites are blocked as new sites appear constantly.

To support you during urge times, the app can only be deleted during your pre-selected 'Clarity Hours' each day. This helps ensure your protection when you need it most
Go through the onboarding process again. Once you reach the paywall, tap 'Restore Purchases' and log in with the Apple account you originally used to subscribe. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
